- The prices included in the detailed estimate are based on market surveys and daily updated online resources but we encourage our clients to put their own prices.
- The estimated trades will be mentioned in the detailed estimate and any missing trade or item should be considered as exclusion.
- We do all trades, including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Millwork depending upon the client’s requirement.
- Our Take-off is based on the scaled PDF drawings unless otherwise noted.
- Filling out bid forms, any sort of revision and change in drawings, any kind of information forms related with projects will be charged separately.
- Payment method will be through Credit Card and payment terms will always be 50% upon approval and 50% before submission.
- We encourage good and long run business and our rates are 50% less then market and our clients are very honorable to us.
- We claim 98% accuracy guarantee with refund policy in case of any error in the takeoff. After submitting the estimate, if there were errors due to some missing drawings from the client then the refund will not work. Refund only takes place if the client point out actual error in takeoff from the existing drawings (The drawings provided by the clients).

Privacy Policy
The payments for the your project will always be 50% upfront and the remaining 50% at the time of submission of the project.
We accept online Bank transfers, Overnight Checks, MasterCard, Visa cards,
American Express & Verified PayPal accounts etc.
Upon your agreement on the quotation, you will be asked whether you would like to pay the upfront 50% via PayPal or Credit Card. We then will send you a PayPal invoice or a Credit Card Authorization form according to your requirement. Once we get the initial payment, your work will be started right away.
As we always believe in reliable business relationships therefore Payment Terms are available to establish clients and are determined on a case per case basis.
The refund policy is applicable only if there is any error in the quantities as we claim 98-100% accuracy only in the quantities. We use standard pricing in the estimate according to the zip code of the area the project and we normally recommend our clients to use their own pricing before going out to bid the project. Moreover, In the provided quotation, the terms and conditions for all aspects of our responsibilities will be mentioned. The client must provide us with the complete information like (drawings, Specifications, Addenda and required report which is the technical need and requirements for the service (Take-offs and Estimation).
If we are not meeting the commitments according to the quotation then we are liable for the complete refund as per the policy.
